President Donal Trump continues to insist that “voter fraud” has taken place in the 2020 U.S. Presidential elections. While the President has been relatively quiet since the Associated Press, Fox News and other media outlets projected Democratic nominee Joe Biden as winner of the elections, the incumbent appears to be gearing up for a legal battle which may or may not end up in the U.S. Supreme Court. The current makeup of Supreme Court justices, based on voting record and expressed sentiment, shows of the total 9 justices, 6 have relatively conservative leanings. With Trump clearly leaning towards a legal battle as opposed to conceding defeat in the elections as he continues to adamantly insist on “voter fraud” taking place this election may very well end up being decided in court.
While less active on Twitter since the aftermath of the 11/4 elections, the President expressed himself today on the social media outlet with following six tweets. The final tweet seen below tags George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley. Among other things, Turkey is also known for being a legal scholar and is an active attorney which again may hint at what direction Trump’s team may be leaning.

How things move forward from here only time will tell however it seems, for the time being, the Trump administration is gearing up for a showdown.
I am still unclear on the insistence to end any challenges before we actually see the extent of alleged irregularities. I have expressed skepticism on past claims, but we now have sworn allegations of fraud. Why not look at the evidence? https://t.co/Dlh3aNMK8Q
