As we reported on 12/26 Dame Dash (legal name: Damon Dash) got hit with a $50 million lawsuit by a rap industry photographer Monique Bunn. Dame’s fiancé, Raquel Horn, his entertainment companies Damon Dash Studios and Poppington LLC are also included in the lawsuit. Bunn is accusing the defendants of sexual battery.
Another woman is now claiming Dame Dash sexually assaulted her “almost 20 years ago.” The woman, identified as “T. Harper” claims she met Dame at a restaurant in New York while she was still attending college. T. Harper claims she and her friends crossed paths with Dash and his entourage, and further claims Dame invited her and her friends back to a penthouse in New Jersey. T. Harper said a friend called her back to the master bedroom of the penthouse, where she alleges Dame was only wearing a towel. Harper then claims,
“As he got closer, he took his towel off and began to play with his penis. I told him I was not interested in having sex. The friend who called me back, was nowhere to be found.”
At which point, Harper alleges Dame attacked her, threw her on the bed and tried to force her pants down. The woman then claims Dame essentially tried to forcibly have sex with her but prevented herself from being raped by clenching her vagina and legs, and also claims she regrets not telling informing the police back then and pressing charges. T. Harper also says she’s not interested in money and calls Dame Dash a “rapist.”

After Monique Bunn, the woman suing Dame for $50 million, alleged in her lawsuit that Dame fondled her booty while she was sleeping at Dame Dash’s home but didn’t leave his house until the following morning, Dame put out the following video showing how Bunn left his home and under what circumstances.
