Unfortunately, we’re reporting on yet another officer who disgracefully did not uphold his duty to “serve and protect” the pubic in the jurisdiction of his employment. Stow Police Chief Ralph “Rusty” Marino, was placed on indefinite leave after video surfaced of Marino trying to allegedly sexually hook up with a 14-year-old boy. When allegedly asked “what you lookin for” Marino responds by stating, “Kissing is okay. I enjoy sucking stroking bottoming and will top. What about you? What would you want to try?” Stow, Massachusetts is located 21 miles west of Boston.
The Stow Police Department put out the following statement on 4/20.
“The members of the Stow Police Department are deeply disturbed, shocked and disgusted after hearing of the alleged actions of Chief Marino….This matter is under investigation by the Massachusetts State Police…”
A man who described himself as an “activist” is the one who recorded the ordeal. Find the video up top which reportedly led to Stow Police Chief Ralph “Rusty” Marino stepping down in his role and being charged with Enticing a Child under 16. Marino’s court date is set for the “end of May” 2020. In the video the former Police Chief stated his name as “Mark.”
