A woman, who’s identified as “Jane Doe” in official lawsuit documents, claims Trey Songz (legal name: Tremaine Neverson) sexually assaulted her during a New Year’s party in 2018, according to The Blast. The lawsuit alleges Songz forced “his hand under her [Jane Doe] dress without her consent,” and tried to “insert his fingers into Jane Doe’s vagina without her consent or permission,”. The incident allegedly took place while they were at Miami’s E11even Nightclub while seated at a VIP table. The lawsuit stipulates that Songz and Jane Doe were at Diddy’s house earlier in the evening before the singer asked the woman to step out with him.

While at E11even Nightclub, Jane Doe claims to have encountered another woman who experienced a similar situating with Songz earlier that evening. The lawsuit claims the second woman explained to Jane Doe how the singer also “put his hands down her pants and had placed his fingers into her buttocks without her consent.”
Jane Doe is suing for assault, battery, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
KeKe Palmer accused Trey Songz of “sexual intimidation,” for trying to persuade her into appearing in a music video. The singer later released a statement in response to these claims, stating, “I cannot devote my life to responding to, or clearing up every side of every story you hear about me, when would I actually live? I know my character, I know my truth, I know my heart. God does too.”
The singer has yet to make a statement on the above-mentioned Jane Doe lawsuit.
