Gina Rodriguez has come under the national spotlight this week after she stated the “N-Word” while on her Instagram feed. Rodriguez, who is Puerto Rican, is born and raised in the impoverished Belmont Cragin neighborhood in Chicago. In case you haven’t seen it, catch the video below where she says the “N-Word.” Slide through 2 clips. On the second clip you’ll notice Rodriguez apologizing.
Now, Shawn Stockman, member of the legendary group Boys II Men, says Gina has nothing to worry about on the strength of having a Black pass. Watch what Stockman had to say below.
