Brad ‘Scarface’ Jordan was seeking to get elected in Houston’s District D after making it to a runoff election versus Carolyn Evans-Shabazz. Ms. Evans-Shabazz won the election with a total of 62.2% of the votes (Scarface 37.8%) out of a total vote count of 19,154.
