The Los Angeles District Attorney has smacked Harvey Weinstein with two new charges stemming from an alleged three acts with two women, according to TMZ. One incident alleges Weinstein “forced her to orally copulate him” which roughly translates to Weinstein forcing the woman to allegedly give him a blow job. In addition, the DA claims Weinstein raped. The woman claims she withheld discussing the matter because the Hollywood mogul threatened her life.
The second woman accuses Weinstein of masterbating in front of her following a business meeting before the she and Weinstein returned to his hotel room.
Weinstein is facing further charges in Dublin, Ireland and London, UK and recently sold $55 million in real estate which the DA’s office interprets as a red flag which could indicate an intention to flee the country. TMZ reports the LA District Attorney will bring four charges in total: forcible rape, forcible oral copulation, sexual penetration by use of force and sexual battery by restraints.
