Kanye West is bringing his ‘Sunday Service,’ choir and all, to Texas preacher Joel Osteen’s mega church. TMZ says the two mega personalities, Kanye & Joel, have been in regular contact lately. Joel Osteen reportedly wants his audience to hear first-hand Kanye’s story of overcoming adversity.
From a business perspective, one might consider the two Gospel-centric/ business personalities may also have an eye on leveraging each other’s massive brands. In reality, there’s nothing wrong with that. Who says religious folk can’t do business! Joel’s massive church congregation numbers at 45,000 members strong and his American TV audience stands at 10 million people. The secular & religious worlds can partake in the event also as it will be broadcast live on SiriusXM.
