Holdin' Down The Culture
A White male wearing “blackface” robbed a bank according to police to the Perryville, Maryland police department. The man walked into a PNC Bank branch and robbed the bank during day light hours after reporteldy slipping the bank teller a note while wearing a white coat and maroon skull hat. Perrville Police described the suspect as “a White male, with paint on his face,” who appeared to be in his late 20s to early 30s.
