TMZ is reporting that DaBaby and his team were upset after meeting up with a promoter, believing the promoter played them out of money that was owed for a concert. The promoter allegedly handed DaBaby $20,000 but the Cleveland-born rapper claims he was owed $30,000 to perform a show that night. After DaBaby and his team on the one hand, and the promoter on the other hand, were unable to come to terms the rapper and his entourage reportedly robbed the promoter of $80, a credit card and his iPhone 7 before adding insult to injury by tossing apple juice over the promoter. Another victim who has yet to be identified was reportedly also punched in the face.
DaBaby is being held on $1,500 bond after being arrested in Miami. Unfortunately, legal problems continue to follow the DaBaby. Recently, the rapper was arrested in his adopted hometown of Charlotte. It’s important for DaBaby to keep in mind that the top of the Hip-Hop game also draws the attention of the Hip-Hop police.
