Legendary rapper Scarface previously disclosed that he had COVID-19. The iconic rapper said he was recovering from pneumonia in both lungs. Scarface has now updated the status of his condition noting that he has suffered a kidney failure.
While speaking with Geto Boys member and Souther rap legend Willie D, Face states, “I fought the COVID, double bilateral pneumonia and kidney failure, all in my house.” From there, Scarface talked about being on dialysis, and the port he has to be on several times a day as a result. He said “This my new lifeline. I gotta change my entire diet. I gotta do dialysis four times a week, three hours a day. That’s taking all of my blood out, cleaning it, and putting it back in my body. Before the COVID, I never had kidney problems before.”
