Hip-Hop Headz are already raving about Royce Da 5’9″‘s latest LP, The Allegory. The Detroit emcee announced he’ll be complimenting his latest project with a U.S. tour.
“The Allegory US Tour” is scheduled to begin on 4/21 in Seattle. Afterwards, Royce will visit another 17 localities completing the tour 40 minutes east of downtown Detroit in Ann Arbor on 5/20.
When The Allegory dropped this past February Royce described his latest project as, “a study on perception and secret (and, not so secret) ills that are afflicting our society. I have a desire to give light to these wrongs in an effort to start the conversation and hopefully help the next generation navigate through,”
In addition to bonafide veteran emcees such as fellow Detroit-bred Eminem (skit) and the ATL’s T.I., Royce tapped in an array of dope features from Hip-Hop’s underground for this project to compliment his own attention-grabbing lyrics.
The Allegory will be in the running for 2020 best Hip-Hop album and will easily be in rotation for years to come.
