Pretty Ricky frontman Pleasure P was arrested in Miami recently following an issue with a fast-food restaurant employee on Thursday (3/5). Pleasure P (legal name: Marcus Ramone Cooper) was arrested after police received a disturbance call. Cooper was involved in a verbal altercation with the drive-thru worker at the local Checkers restaurant and “continued to yell louder and become more disrespectful” as he approached the window where the employee was situated.
The Checkers employee alleges that Pleasure P pushed her in the chest with the food he received. Upon arriving, police noted that the singer admitted to the verbal altercation but said he did not physically engage the drive-through worker.
According to the police report, “While the defendant was speaking to me his person was emitting a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage,” The report continues, “I continued my investigation and saw food all over the floor near the drive-through window and several employees who corroborated the testimony of the victim.”
Pleasure P was arrested and booked at a jail in Miami-Dade county and was later released.
