TMZ is reporting that Peter Marco from Extraordinary Jewels Beverly Hills is suing Offset for $47,000 over what Marco alleges is the remainder of a $110,000 bill. Marco claims the Migos member paid a down payment of $63,000 in October 2018, but he has yet to foot the rest of the bill.
The legal team representing the plaintiff has reportedly sent a letter to Offset this month (December 2019) in order to collect the remaining balance, but they’ve yet to receive any money. Also named in the lawsuit is the CEO of Quality Control, Coach K. Offset is signed to his label. However, Coach K tells TMZ that he’s puzzled as to why he’s mentioned in the lawsuit considering he had no involvement in the matter.
