No NFL Team Has Called Colin Kaepernick Since Nov. 16 Workout

According to ESPN, no NFL team has reached out to Colin Kaepernick since his combine-like workout on 11/16 at Charles R. Drew High School in Riverdale, Georgia. The seven teams who reportedly attended the workout include the Detroit Lions, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Tennessee Titans and Washington Redskins.

After the 11/16 workout Adam Schefter also reported how one NFL executive claimed Kaepernick has an “elite” throwing arm.

Kaepernick stated following the combine-like workout that video footage would be sent to every NFL team.

What’s obvious at this point is that a chess game is ensuing between Kaepernick on the one-hand and the National Football League on the other hand. We break down this chess game here and it appears to be far from over with.
