On 11/1/2019, Gang Starr dropped its first album in more than 16 years. DJ Premier orchestrated the sounds around some never before unreleased rhymes from the legendary Guru. The second single released from the album was the track ‘Bad Name‘ which included a video appearance from Guru’s son, Keith Casim. Premier involved Casim with many aspects of the album’s production by essentially mentoring Casim in various aspects of Hip-Hop and the music business. Casim will also be joining Preemo on the ‘Gods Of Rap 2’ tour this spring.
Now, Method Man and Redman have hopped on the remix for the track ‘Bad Name.’ Catch that track below.
