MY RELIGION IS RAP’S RAP VIDEO OF THE DECADE: FAT JOE, DRE-DEEP

As we get ready to close out another decade, we reflect on the best rap videos of the 2010s. The 2010 video Kanye West — “Runaway” Feat. Pusha T comes to mind. 2014’s Bobby Shmurda — “Hot N****” is up there. Kendrick Lamar’s 2015 video “Alright” deserves its props along with his 2017 video “Humble.” Drake’s video “Hotline Bling” stands out also.

No video, however, stands above the recently released “Deep” track by Fat Joe & Dre. At 10 minutes long, and with the story line upholding the credibility of the track title, Deep wins out as the Rap Video Of The Decade. The story delves into the life of a hustler’s love life, friendship, betrayal and a man wrestling with his demons. In case you haven’t watched it yet get your popcorn ready and hit play below.
