A Southern California rapper is behind bars after glorifying in his own rap video how he scammed the U.S. Government via California’s Employment Development Department’s Covid-related unemployment program. The YouTube video attempts to clarify that “***THIS VIDEO WAS CREATED WITH PROPS AND WAS MADE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES***” but Federal Authorities seem to think different.
