Jay Electronica’s album ‘ Act II: Patents Of Nobility’ was in the works in 2009 and was one of the most highly anticipated Hip-Hop projects in that year. It wasn’t until March 2020 that Elec would release a problem although under a different name and with a complete set of different tracks.
The album ‘Act II: Patents Of Nobility’ has finally made it’s way to the public although it leaked its way to the people. The tracks include most of the original songs intended excluding some Kanye West verses.
