The promoter claims the total cost of hosting DaBaby was $30,000. Kenneth says he payed $20,000 up front to the rapper and reserved paying the remaining $10,000 until after the show. Kenneth says he was hired to organize a birthday party for DaBaby’s friend, fellow rapper Stunna 4 Vegas at a Miami nightclub. DaBaby’s team previously claimed they offered the party promoters a discount for the show because DaBaby and Stunna 4 Vegas are friends from North Carolina.

DaBaby and his team were furious over the promoter holding out the remaining $10k until their set was finished which is what reportedly led to the beatdown. Kenneth says he’s been contacted by several attorneys seeking to represent him and further claims the incident is very challenging to watch on video both for him and his loved ones.

The police report states Kenneth was robbed of $80, a credit card and an iPhone 7 before being drenched with apple juice. Considering there is a dispute over the initial $20,000 lump sum a robbery charge could also be added for this amount.

The footage below shows DaBaby in court in Miami for the incident. The judge mentions the rapper has a warrant in the State of Texas which is the result of DaBaby being involved in a previous airport fight in the state.

We’ll have more on this matter as the details become available.
