DaBaby (legal name: Jonathan Kirk) has been released from a Florida jail following his well publicized beef with a man reportedly over a business dispute involving payment for a concert performance. According to WSVN, DaBaby was released from jail in Florida but is due back in court this Tuesday (1/7). The man involved in the beatdown is reportedly suing DaBaby and his entourage.
The Cleveland-born rapper climbed to the heights of the rap game in 2019 and along the way experienced plenty of drama from idolizing fans in addition to catching the attention of the perpetually lurking Hip-Hop police.
