DaBaby Arrested Following Tense Confrontation With Police

DaBaby (legal name: Jonathan Lyndale Kirk) ran into some legal issues last night (12/23) in his hometown of Charlotte. Following a concert, the the 28-year-old rapper was taken into custody for concealing a weapon and marijuana charges after a concert, according to local station WSOC9 reported.

DaBaby took to his IG account and accused the local police department of harassing him every time he’s in Charlotte.

The footage below shows DaBaby being arrested.

It was unfortunate end to a positive day for the rapper. Earlier in the day DaBaby played Santa and handed out high-end toys to over 200 local children.
