We reported yesterday about a Wolfe City, Texas law enforcement officer who shot & killed Jonathan Price. Price, who previously publicly praised police, was seeking to break up a domestic dispute before being shot & killed by 22-year-old Wolfe City police officer Shaun David Lucas. 31-year-old Price was killed outside a gas station in Wolfe City.
Renowned civil rights attorney Lee Merritt noted that Price was “tasered and shot three times” in the incident while Price reportedly had his hands up explaining the domestic dispute to which Price was not a party to. Police then reportedly shot Price. Shaun David Lucas was reportedly arrested and charged in the shooting of Price. Lucas’ bond was set at $1 million and posted the bond within hours.
