Young Buck (legal name: David Darnell Brown), 39, was arrested in his home state of Tennessee only several days after investigators claimed the rapper’s girlfriend was charged for firing a gun at him. The arrest happened in Sumner County, which is located approximately 17 miles outside Nashville’s city limits.
The Sumner County Sheriff’s Office said the Cashville rapper was arrested on several charges including domestic assault, vandalism over $10,000 and unlawful possession of a weapon. Young Buck was arrested Thursday (10/22) and booked into the Sumner County jail on a $60,000 bond. No other information has been released by authorities on the matter as of yet.
Young Buck’s girlfriend, Lucresia Neil, was arrested Tuesday (10/20) on a charge of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. The sheriff’s reported that the woman fired shots at Young Buck.
Young Buck’s arrest came shortly after publicly claiming via social media how he thinks 50 Cent is a confidential informant.
