A Bone Thugs-N-Harmony fan from Japan who sacrificed everything just to travel to Cleveland’s Up The Way section of the East Side in order to meet Bone ended up getting robbed for everything and left with little options as to what to do next. Apparently, he was also hoping to pitch his CD to the iconic rap group. Most listings have Cleveland as one of the Top 10 most dangerous & violent cities in America (including this following Forbes list here).
