UPDATE: LAPD Reportedly Investigating Lil Xan For Felony Assault With A Deadly Weapon

Lil Xan (legal name: Diego Leanos) could be facing severe legal issue over a recent incident where he pulled out a gun and pointed it at a supposed Tupac fan. TMZ claims that Lil Xan is under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon which carries a maximum sentence of 4 years in prison.

TMZ reports,

"LAPD's elite Robbery-Homicide Division has taken over the investigation which could lead to a very serious felony. We're told when the alleged victim first went to police over his Friday night run-in with the rapper -- captured on video obtained by TMZ -- the officer filed a report for assault with a deadly weapon."

Xan's music career has never been the same following his comments about Tupac. Established rappers at the time such as Waka Flocka and T.I. called Lil Xan for his tasteless statement on the rap legend. Xan's reputation never recovered and his Total Xanarchy album was only able to move 28,000 first-week units in April 2018, and his sophomore studio LP has been pushed back several times.

After the gun toting incident, it appears Lil Xan took the offensive to make himself to be the victim in the matter.

We'll have more details on this matter as they become available. Feel free to listen to the Tupac track, Old School, that we've embedded below where Pac pays homage to the generations that came before him that paved the way.

"What more can I say/ I wouldn't be here today/ if the Old School didn't pave the way"
