Birdman’s Citibank accounts are being garnished due to his unpaid court judgment of $1 million to his former employee. The Blast is reporting that Nicholas Jose Penzo, a former Birdman employee, had Citibank subpoenaed claiming that Baby had money deposited in the bank and was looking to have it confiscated.
Penzo was awarded $1,069,876 last month and now seeks to collect. The report goes on to state that any money Birdman has with Citibank will be seized and turned over to Penzo.
