West Coast radio personality Big Boy took to his social media pages in order to address the topic of Jacob Angelo Servin, who claims to have been brutally beaten by San Joaquin County sheriffs while in custody. Notice the before and after pics below.
Big Boy captioned his post by stating,
“This is not new or uncommon, but it’s HORRIBLE. Does having a badge and taking an oath justify this? Some will ask “Well, what did he do?” @jaykie_ is out and posting, so don’t jump to conclusions. I never see those mass murderers, school shooters, American terrorists beat like this. 🤷🏾♂️”

Big Boy also reshaped Servin’s caption from the original post which, states,
“Never in a million years did I ever think That would be the victim of a Racist hate crime. Yesterday 3 racist county sheriffs from Stockton held me down beat me, choked me, kicked me and tried to snap my neck, with their fists and batons one by one for a long period of time while I was yelling and yelling for them to stop. Whitnesses could hear me yelling for my life these men tried to kill me all while yelling racist remarks. they left me to die with my face disfigured a broken nose, lacerations in my face and head tons of bruises all over my body with a huge loss of blood. I am barely able to walk on my own due to the amount of damage done to my whole body and the injury’s my bones have sustained by these ugly hearted people. No one deserves to be beatin to a pulp like this not for the color of their skin or for their Ethnicity. I will not sleep until justice is met. My profile is now public, feel free to share this unholy act of hate and racism or tag any one that needs to hear this message #TheHateYouGive #PoliceBrutality #EndRacism #AllLivesMatter #AllRacesMatter”
Since then, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department has released released the booking video of the incident. What the video doesn’t show is footage from inside the room because of a federal law that requires correctional facilities to provide areas for inmates “to perform bodily functions and disrobe without exposure,” according to the Sheriff’s Office statement released along with the video on Thursday (12/5).

It’s important to note that the Sheriff’s office has decided to undertake a “protocol” investigation of the incident which means the investigation will be conducted with the District Attorney’s office.
