Benny The Butcher was visiting Houston along with some of his entourage when, according to the Houston Police Dept., a group of 5 men pulled up on the Griselda rapper and demanded he cough up his chains. While being robbed, the people jacking The Butcher appear to have grown impatient leading one of the robbers to shooting the Buffalo rapper in the leg. After which, the robbers fled the scene. Benny and his entourage also left the scene before pulling over and calling the police. The HPD arrived on the scene and eventually Benny was transported to a local hospital where he’s being treated.
The Butcher’s shooting comes on the heals of multiple rappers being shot, mostly shot & killed, in Texas’ two biggest cities of Houston & Dallas. Boosie was also shot yesterday (11/14) in Dallas.
