The recording of the 911 phone call made following the tragic shooting death of Brooklyn rapper Pop Smoke was obtained and made public by TMZ. The scene, needless to say, seemed to have been chaotic as the emergency dispatcher was unable to get anyone to provide cooperation.

The 911 dispatcher tried getting details about the shooter or shooters and whether they were still on the scene only to receive a response of “I can’t talk to you anymore.”
