6ix9ine (legal name: Daniel Hernandez) has filed paperwork through his attorney Lance Lazzaro requesting to serve the remainder of his 24-month sentence under home confinement or a community correctional facility, according to TMZ. 6ix9ine, CB4 gangster now notoriously known for his snitching, claims his personal safety is “seriously at risk” and hence his reason for the filing. Tekashi noted that the Nine Trey Bloods will seek to retaliate against him for his cooperation with federal authorities.
6ix9ine was ultimately sentenced to 24 months in prison with five years supervised release, 300 hours of community service and a $35,000 fine. Considering the time he’s already spent in jail Tekashi is expected to be home this summer under his current legal circumstances.
