Snoop Dogg Fires Back At Pole Stripper Performance Criticism: The Audience Enjoyed That S***

After Snoop Dogg’s recent 35-minute performance for the University of Kansas ‘Late Night in the Phog’ event (10/4) which kicked off the basketball season for the university’s basketball team, the school apologized to fans after the Long Beach-bred rapper included pole dancers as part of the show.

Snoop has now responded after visiting the Howard Stern show.

“I think it was more the publicity of what I did…They had to cover it up. And, I respect them, and I wasn’t gonna put no smut on their name and say they did anything wrong because they invited me to come do what I do. And, when you pay for Snoop Dogg, you gon’ get Snoop Dogg.”

Stern also questioned Snoop if he was asked to leave campus after his performance and responded with the following,

“That’s a muthaf*ckin’ lie,…I had the time of my life. I enjoyed myself, hung out with the basketball teams.”
